The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, perfect for a good night's sleep after a tiring business trip. The location was convenient, not far from the highway, making it easy to find and access. Plus, the included breakfast was a great feature, with a variety of delicious options to start the day on a positive note.

I was disappointed to find that the bathroom vanity lacked a makeup light. It made it quite challenging to get ready in the mornings, especially when trying to apply makeup.

The queen room was clean and ready for us upon arrival, and we were pleased with the selection of tasty breakfast options.

The stuff was competent and best. The restaurant was particularly good with superb food here, I had amazing dishes.

Spacious rooms, comfy beds, and nice extras like an empty mini-fridge and fireplace. Place felt clean and comfortable after a long journey. No elevator, but staff kindly offered help. Good breakfast and friendly service at Hops and Barley restaurant. Staff throughout were awesome. Highly recommended.

Our room was fabulous and provided with separate bathroom, a jucuzzi tub, as for instance.

The double room with a fireplace was perfect for us, and all the facilities were in good working order; moreover, the location was ideal, being close to Ontario and within easy reach of malls, shops.

I appreciated that the hotel was 23 minutes drive from the airport. In general the staff were courteous and accommodating. The restaurant was great with beautiful cuisine at a very reasonable price, I tried hot dishes.

We've been to this hotel a lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is very good in the hotel and . the bar is very cozy. It has everything it needs for a stay there.

During our family stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the great location of this hotel. The area around it is dotted with many restaurants, cafes, and shops. Our room was spacious, with a clean and well-appointed bathroom, comfortable beds, and a lovely view. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the amenities like the indoor pool and the fitness center and savored the breakfast served here every morning.

The only downside we experienced was the slow elevator service during peak hours.
